To ensure a safe and pleasant stay for all our guests, please follow these basic lodge policies.

Terms And Conditions

  • Guests below 18 years of age are not allowed at the property without parents/guardian.
  • Non-Govt IDs is not accepted as ID proof(s).
  • Govt. ID is accepted as ID proof(s).
  • Smoking within the premises is not allowed.

Payment Policy

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Rupay, NEFT / RTGS Bank Transfers, UPI and Cash for payment.
  • Full payment (Room Rate + Tax) for the entire stay will be collected at time of check-in.
  • All guests are required to settle all pending charges upon check-out.
  • The Hotel does not guarantee a late check-out. Please contact our Front Desk on the day of departure to check if we can accommodate such requests.
  • Certain plans are non-refundable. Please check carefully when booking your reservations. We are unable to offer policy exceptions in such cases.

Refund And Cancellation Policy

Our 24-Hour Cancel Policy

  • 100% refund will be made on all cancellations received 24 hours prior to check-in time and date. Any cancellation made within 24 hours 100% cancellation charges will be applied.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed after receiving approval from our management and processed within 2-3weeks. Once issued, the hotel will release the full / part payment you made.
